Sun is the soul, the ultimate & natural Atmakaraka (the significator of our soul’s desire). Sun is also the karaka of father. Sun is the King of all planets. It is so since, it can be seen as the central source of our solar system. Sun is the life giver and without it the earth won’t be colorful. The kingly nature of Sun manifests itself in authoritarian, leadership, paternal, regal and government activities.
