1. Consultation Cancellation by the Astrologer
   We reserve the right to cancel a consultation for any reason at any time. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

2. Customer Cancellation Policy

• Customers can cancel their consultation at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the consultation will not be eligible for a refund.

3. No-Show Policy
   If a customer does not attend the scheduled consultation without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

5. Rescheduling Policy
   Customers who need to reschedule their consultation may do so at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment.
   
   
6. Refund Processing​
   Depending on the payment provider, refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.
